members in good standing to fill vacancies on the Board and shall report, in writing, prior to the annual meeting, its recommendations to the Board. The committee then shall present those nominations to the general membership at the annual meeting. Additional nominations may be made from the floor at this meeting by any member in good standing. Elections shall be by simple majority of members in good standing present and voting. |
